3. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

Free trials (when available)

3.2 No Refund Policy
Appishly operates on a strict no-refunds policy, including for:
Subscription fees
One-time payments
Free trial conversions
Early cancellations
3.3 Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle
Your access continues until the end of your paid period

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Appishly for:
5.1 Illegal Purposes
Violating Australian law or your local laws
Fraud, scams, extortion, impersonation
Money laundering or harmful activity
5.2 Misuse of AI
Generating harmful, dangerous, explicit, or abusive content
Misleading or deceptive practices
Creating deepfakes without consent
Impersonating real individuals without permission
Automating harassment
5.3 Intellectual Property Violations
Uploading or generating content that infringes third-party IP
Using the Services to copy, reverse engineer, or replicate proprietary systems
Violation of these rules will lead to immediate suspension.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be:
Inaccurate
Unreliable
Biased
Unexpected
You acknowledge that all AI outputs must be reviewed and approved by you before business use.
Appishly is not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.
7. Third-Party Services
Appishly works with several trusted partners, including:

By using Appishly, you agree to follow the terms & policies of these providers.
We are not liable for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Appishly IP
Appishly retains all rights to:
Software, tools, and features
AI models, automations, and workflows
Branding, trademarks, and original content
Code, architecture, and proprietary systems
You may not copy, resell, or replicate Appishly technology.
8.2 Client-Owned Data
Clients retain full ownership of:
Business data
Customer leads
Conversations generated by your customers
Customer contact information
Any uploaded materials
Appishly does not claim ownership over your business data.
8.3 License to Use
By using the platform, you grant Appishly a limited license to process your data solely for:
Service delivery
System improvements
Troubleshooting
Compliance
This license ends when your account is deleted.
9. Data Privacy
Data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring the legality of the content and data you upload.
10. Termination & Suspension
Appishly may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse AI tools
You engage in illegal or harmful behaviour
Payment fails
Required third-party terms are breached
We deem your usage risky or inappropriate
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Appishly provides services “as is”
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI outputs
Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 30 days
We are not liable for third-party failures
Some jurisdictions may grant additional consumer rights, but these Terms apply to the maximum legal extent.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Appishly against claims resulting from:
Misuse of the platform
Violations of law
Third-party IP infringements
Harmful or misleading AI usage
Breach of these Terms
13. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, parties agree to:
